World bank assist Agriculture Sector Modernization Project of Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Economic Affairs, Livestock Development, Irrigation and Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development signed the buy back agreement with Hayleys (Pvt) Ltd and Elahera Jaya Isuru Krushi Nishpaadana Samithiya to buy raw Papaya to make value addition products.
